Search for an item on novoGlobal, or paste its product link from Taobao, Weidian or 1688 into the search bar. You don’t need to create an account on those marketplaces.

We’ll show the available product options so you can choose the item and specifications you want. We’re planning to add more Chinese marketplaces over time.

We check whether the item is available and confirm the selected options, such as size, color or style. Before you pay, you’ll see the product price, any seller-to-warehouse delivery fee and the cost of any optional services you choose.

International shipping is calculated later, once your items arrive at our warehouse and are ready to ship.

Once your payment is confirmed, our local team places the order with the seller, usually within one hour. We’ll keep you updated as the seller processes and ships your item to our warehouse.

Once your item arrives at our warehouse, we’ll take three photos showing the front, back and packaging. Review them before your item is prepared for international shipping.

You can also request paid additional services, such as extra photos, a video, exact measurements or repacking. If you notice the wrong item or any damage, contact Customer Service before approving your parcel.

Once your items arrive at our warehouse, choose which approved items you’d like to ship together. We’ll calculate the international shipping cost for your destination before you pay. Applicable customs duties and VAT are included in the shipping quote.

Your tracking number will be available in your account after dispatch. Parcels approved and paid for before 1:00 pm Saudi time (UTC+3) are dispatched the same day.
